The Website is owned by Marcadiferencia S.L., with VAT number ESB64193055, whose registered office is at c /Sicilia 268 08013, Barcelona. (Hereinafter “ROLL’EAT”).
ROLL’EAT provides information about products, and offers the possibility to buy it through the Website. Those who intend to purchase products must complete the registration form prior to the purchase process and follow the steps that ROLL’EAT will indicate through the Website.
Any User who registers to the Website must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
The photographs, graphic or iconographic material and videos related to the products of ROLL’EAT, as well as trade names, brands or distinctive signs of any kind contained in the Website, are intended to provide information, however, the User has to take into account that they have an indicative purpose and, consequently, are not exhaustive.
ROLL’EAT reserves the right to decide, at any moment, the products offered to the Users through the Website. Thus, ROLL’EAT may at any time add new products to those included in the Website, it being understood, unless otherwise stated, that such new products will be governed by the provisions of the Conditions that are in force in that moment.
Also, ROLL’EAT reserves the right to stop facilitating access, at any time and without prior notice, to any of the products offered on the Website.
In the event that, due to circumstances of force majeure, a product is not available after the purchase has been made, ROLL’EAT will inform the User by email of the total cancellation or, if applicable, partial of the order. The partial cancellation of the order does not entitle the cancellation of the entire order, without prejudice to the exercise of the right of withdrawal that corresponds to the User in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions.
To proceed with the purchase of the product, the User, who must be more than eighteen (18) years old, needs to select the product he wants to buy and add it to the Cart. Once the selection of products to be purchased has been completed, the User must click on the “Finalize purchase” icon. The products selected for purchase will then be indicated and the User must select between the options available for sending the products to the delivery address and the payment method. Finally, the user must click “Place order”.
The data provided to ROLL’EAT through the corresponding form are identifiable and enabling elements to access and make purchases and are personal and non-transferable.
The Customer will be taken to the PayPal website using their secure payment platform. Once the payment process has been completed, it will be returned to ROLL’EAT.
Once in PayPal Website you can make the payment with Paypal account or with credit card, in no case is accepted payment against refund.
Paypal can retain an amount as a guarantee or insurance when trying to make a purchase with the card in the PayPal platform (usually a few cents or up to 1 €). This amount will be refunded by PayPal in about a month. The collection of this amount does not guarantee that the purchase is made.
2. Bank Transfer:
You will receive an e-mail with the bank details of Marcadiferencia S.L. in order to make the payment of the order. When ROLL’EAT receives the wire transfer confirmation and payment has been completed, the product will be sent, and User will be notified via email to the customer as the “order has been completed”.
– Domestic and Peninsular Shipments: from 3.5 €. – Shipping to Balearic Islands: from 6 €. – Shipments to the Canary Islands: from 12 €. – Shipments to Ceuta and Melilla: from 15 €. – International Shipping: from 4 €.
The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not part of the customs territory of the EU, so shipments may be subject to customs duties. In most cases, fees are charged at the time of delivery of the package, although it is possible that the Customer receives a notice in the mail requesting that he personally needs to go and pay those fees in order to receive the package. The amount of the fees may vary depending on the weight / amount of the package. In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, ROLL’EAT includes in the cost of the shipment the export DUA, upon delivery of the product, the Customer / consignee must pay the Import DUA and the IGIC.

Shipments to Spain (peninsula) take approximately 1 to 2 working days after confirmation of payment by the Customer. (In the case of a Friday outside office hours and weekends, order would arrive the next second working day). In international shipments the delivery time can be from 4 to 15 working days, depending on the destination and the transport company selected. We are not responsible for the possible delays of delivery caused by the forwarder.
Failure by ROLL’EAT to comply with the User’s strict compliance with any of the obligations assumed by the User under a contract or these Terms or the lack of exercise by ROLL’EAT of the rights or actions that may correspond to us under said agreement or the Conditions, shall not give rise to any waiver or limitation in relation to said rights or actions nor exonerate the User from complying with such obligations. No waiver by ROLL’EAT of a specific right or action will result in a waiver of other rights or actions arising from a contract or the Conditions. No waiver by ROLL’EAT of any of the present Conditions or the rights or actions derived from a contract will take effect, unless it is expressly established that it is a waiver and is formalized and communicated to the User in writing.
ROLL’EAT reserves the right to review and modify these Conditions at any time. The User will be subject to the policies and Conditions in force at the time he uses the Website or make an order, except that by law or decision of ROLL’EAT government agencies must make retroactive changes in said Conditions, in which case, the possible changes will also affect the orders that the User had previously made.

Likewise, any doubt, suggestion or comment you have you can write to our Customer Service department by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, by telephone at +34 678 88 12 72 (the opening hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm).
If you have changed your mind or if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products. For this matter, we ask you to notify us in writing by email to email@example.com indicating the purchase order or necessary information to locate the order. Once we receive your e-mail, we will communicate, through another e-mail, the reception of the same, indicating the process to follow.
Under this case, you need to send the products in perfect condition, no later than within 14 calendar days after receipt of the products. Roll’eat will reimburse the customer for all expenses of the returned product. However, the customer will bear the direct cost of returning the products.
Roll’eat will proceed to make the refund within 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of the decision to return the purchase and will do so by using the same payment method that customer used at the time of the initial purchase. Roll’eat reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until product reception.
Roll’eat always verifies the products sent do correspond to those requested. However, if exceptionally, you receive the wrong product write us to firstname.lastname@example.org sending us some photos of the product that you have received, and the delivery note attached in the order. Tell us in the subject of the email the purchase order number, so we can check and give you a solution as soon as possible.
All our products have a guarantee of 3 months when the damage or defect is attributable to us. Therefore, if your product is defective, it will be Roll’eat who will take care of collecting your product and change it for the correct and bearing the costs associated with this return and change (with the exception of those additional expenses resulting from choosing a mode of Express delivery, in which case customer will cover this extra cost).
To be able to manage the incident we need to notify you by email to email@example.com, indicating: the reason for the incident, the purchase number (necessary to find the purchase), the delivery note and photos of the damaged or wrong product so that we can proceed for a situation.
To exercise the right of guarantee, you must have proof of purchase or delivery note.
Once this information is received, we will contact you to explain the steps to follow. You must inform us of the defect of the product within two (2) months of knowing the defect.
In case it is not objectively possible to replace the product with an exact one, Roll’eat will pay back the total amount of the purchase.
It is important that you know that our guarantee does not cover:
a) The negligent or violent use of the product.
b) The damages resulting from the manipulation or modification of the product.
